My friend and I both got a Nintendo wii for Christmas and we were both excited to finally be able to have a Nintendo gaming console of our own. Together, we looked for ways so we can play our favorite games in it but looking for download sites that offer premium games were difficult since most of them required us to pay large amounts of money before we can actually download games.

Because we didn’t have any money we looked for other resources and discovered that hacking a wii is the best solution to playing more games on a Nintendo wii. That’s when we knew we had to learn how to hack a Wii.

We thought hacking a Nintendo wii was easy but after we searched for guides and tips on how to soft hack a wii, we discovered that it needed more than just a few “press this” and “press that”. Before we could download games, we were told that we had to install homebrew channel so we searched for websites giving away information about it.

We came across several websites offering guides and my friend tried to install homebrew channel using the steps in the web site. What happened next was something he will forever regret – an error occurred in his Nintendo wii and now he can’t turn it on again. We tried to bring it back to the shop but were told that the warranty was void because we tried hacking a wii and that there’s nothing the shop can do about it.

That was when my friend and I both learned our lesson. Hacking a Nintendo wii is ok but before doing anything else, we had ot get the correct information from trusted websites so we don’t end up destroying our Nintendo wii gaming console.
